• Compliance documentation and certificates
• Asset management and reporting

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about equipment and pickup requirements
• Ensure legal ownership of all equipment provided for recycling
• Remove all personal and confidential data where possible
• Provide safe and accessible pickup locations
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Data Destruction

While we employ industry-standard data destruction methods, customers are responsible for:

• Backing up any data they wish to retain
• Removing highly sensitive data where possible
• Clearly communicating data destruction requirements
• Understanding that data destruction may not be 100% guaranteed in all cases

Limitation of Liability

E-Waste Squad's liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for:

• Data loss or recovery
• Business interruption
• Consequential or indirect damages
• Equipment damage during normal handling

Pricing and Payment

Pricing for services will be provided in advance. Payment terms include:

• Services may be free for qualifying volumes
• Fees may apply for specialized services or small quantities
• Asset recovery credit may offset service costs
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule services with reasonable notice:

• 24-hour notice preferred for pickup rescheduling
• Fees may apply for last-minute cancellations
• E-Waste Squad reserves the right to reschedule due to weather or logistics

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website and materials belong to E-Waste Squad. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Compliance with Laws

Both parties agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws including:

• Environmental regulations (EPA, state environmental laws)
• Data protection regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.)
• Export control laws
• Labor and employment laws

Indemnification

Customers agree to indemnify E-Waste Squad against claims arising from:

• Misrepresentation of equipment ownership
• Failure to disclose material information
• Violation of applicable laws or regulations
• Data or intellectual property claims

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation between parties
• Mediation if negotiation fails
• Binding arbitration if mediation fails
• Governed by laws of South Carolina

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
